摘要
应用点接触物理模型模拟复合胶凝体系,通过数学推导建立二元矿物掺合料复合效应的特征方程,用于定量分析各类复合体系的复合胶凝效应.试验结果表明:高钙类-低钙类的矿渣-煤矸石复合体系和中钙类-低钙类的高钙灰-低钙灰复合体系的回归曲线呈现向上凸的抛物线型,回归参数C,K满足1/2<C<1/(1+K)或1/(1+K)<C,各龄期胶砂强度均呈现显著或较显著复合效应;而同类型的低钙类-低钙类复合体系(如煤矸石-低钙灰复合)回归曲线呈现下凸的抛物线型,回归参数C满足K/(1+K)<C<1/2,表明该复合为弱复合效应.
The composite cementitious effect of foreign mineral admixtures is studied quantitatively based on the characteristic equation with Point Contact Composite Model by simulating the binary composite system. The result show that systems like high calcium type-low calcium type such as slagcoal gangue, and medium calcium type-low calcium type such as high calcium fly ash-low calcium fly ash present themselves remarkable or relative remarkable composite effect concerning mortar strength after 3 days and 28 days. The regress curve presents a bulgy parabola up and the parameters C and K satisfy: 1/2 〈 C 〈 1/( 1 + K) or 1/( 1 + K) 〈 C. System d the same type of admixtures such as coal gangue-low calcium fly ash shows itself weak composite effect concerning mortar strength after 3 days and 28 days. The regress curve presents a buIgy parabola adown and the parameter C locates between 1/2 and K/( 1 + K). During the hydration course of the system of high calcium type-low calcium type such as slag-coal gangue, the ions coming into liquid from slag and coal gangue make up for each other, as a result, Aft and C-S-H form more quickly than that of the slag d coal gangue alone.
