企业竞争性联盟的资源共享模型 被引量:4

摘要 文章建立了同一产品市场上相互竞争的两个企业间联盟的资源共享模型,在此基础上建立了多个企业间联盟的资源共享模型,通过模型分析发现,联盟个体从联盟体中获得可利用的资源使其利益增加,而共享资源也使联盟体的收益大于联盟个体单独参与竞争时的收益之和,得出共享资源是竞争性联盟价值创造之源之结论。
