5年生福建柏优树子代测定林分析与选择 被引量:7

摘要 利用80株福建柏优树子代的单系苗木,在福建省仙游溪口国有林场建立优树子代测定林,对5年生试验林进行调查分析。结果表明,不同家系在树高、胸径、材积的差异极显著,这些差异主要由家系本身的遗传因素控制。5年生时各家系的材积变幅为0.00006-0.00528 m3,以材积为主要指标从参试的各优树子代测定林中选出P004、X004、J006、N001、N002、G018等优良家系16个,其5年生时平均树高、胸径、材积分别超过4.10 m、4.30 cm和0.00400 m3,树高、胸径、材积的平均遗传增益分别超过7.50%、14.40%和28.50%;选出Ei001、Ei002、Ei003、Ei004、Ei005、Ei006等15个优良个体,5年生时平均树高、胸径、材积分别超过5.50 m、7.00 cm和0.01190 m3,平均遗传增益分别超过22.10%、40.90%和101.90%。选出的优良家系、个体表现出明显的生长优势,可用作种子园建园材料和无性繁殖材料。 Using the 80 plus trees' seedlings of Fokienia hodginsii, progeny test was built on State-owned Forest Farm of Xikou, Xianyou. Based on the investigation of 5-year-old progeny test, there were very significant differences among families on tree height, tree breast diameter and timber volume which were mainly controlled by genetic factors. Timber volume for families at 5-year-old ranged from 0.000 06 m3 to 0.005 28 m3. Based on the timber volume, 16 superior families such as P004, X004, J006, N001, N002, G018 etc. and 15 superior individuals such as Ei001, Ei002, Ei003, Ei004, Ei005, Ei006 etc. were selected from progeny test. The average tree height , breast diameter and timber volume of 116 superior families at 5-year-old were above 4.10 m, 4.30 cm and 0.004 00 m3 respectively which had average genetic gains above 7.50%, 14.40% and 28.50% respectively. The average tree height, breast diameter and timber volume of 15 superior individuals at 5-year-old were above 5.50 m, 7.00 cm and 0.01190 m3 respectively which had average genetic gains above 22.10%, 40.90% and 101.90% respectively. These superior families and individuals showed good growth traits and could be used for seed orchard and vegetative propagation.
