烧焦罐式再生器操作因素分析及改进 被引量:4

摘要 分析了催化剂循环比、表观线速等操作参数对烧焦罐式再生器再生效果的影响,并针对生产中出现的二密相操作以及待生催化剂和内循环催化剂的混合等问题对再生效果的影响进行了分析,提出了相应的改进建议。结果表明,较适宜的催化剂循环比为1.5-2.0,表观线速为1.5-1.8m/s;根据装置的结构特点,通过对烧焦罐和二密相结构的适当改进,可实现烧焦罐式再生器的优化操作。建议将外取热器的热催化剂进口和冷催化剂出口均设在二密相内,并可在外取热器空气进入二密相之前设置一预分布结构。 The influence of operating parameters (catalyst circulation rate and superficial velocity etc. ) on coke-burning effect was analyzed. In accordance with the operation of the second stage of regenerator and the mixing between spent catalyst and internal circulation catalyst, the influence of these problems on regeneration effect was also analysised and the suggestions for improvement on these subjects were presented. The results showed that the favorable catalyst circulation rate and superficial gas velocity were 1.5 -2.0 and 1.5 - 1.8 m/s respec-tively. Operation of coke-burning drum regenerator was optimized by means of improvement of the struc- ture of coke-burning drum and the second stage of regenerator. It was suggested that hot catalyst entrance and cold catalyst exit of external catalyst cooler should be set in the second stage of regenerator. Also a pre-distributor should be set in order to distribute the air from external catalyst cooler.
