邓小平党内民主思想十分丰富,其中带有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性的是邓小平关于党内民主制度建设的思想。在党内民主制度建设方面,邓小平主张健全党内选举制度、实行党的代表大会常任制、重视党内监督制度建设。这些思想对于新时期的党内民主建设具有十分重要的实践价值。
