摘要
通过热重失重率(TG)和失重速率(DTG)曲线得,碱木质素基聚氨酯泡沫塑料起始分解温度和峰值分解温度分别为250℃和370℃,结果表明,材料热稳定性、保温性能较好。通过压缩试验,碱木质素基聚氨酯泡沫塑料的10%压缩强度σ10为203 kPa。通过对加载后碱木质素基聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行扫描电镜分析,探讨增强机理。
It was obtained from the TG curve and the DTG curve that the initial decomposition temperature and the peak decomposition temperature of alkaline lignin-based polyurethane foam were 250 ℃ and 370 ℃. The results indicated that alkaline lignin had improved the thermal stability of polyurethane foam. In the compression tests, 10% of compressive strength of alkaline lignin-based polyurethane foam was 203 kPa and reinforcing mechanisms of alkaline lignin-based polyurethane foam were discussed.
