摘要
采用资料分析和实际调查相结合的方法,对第24届世界大学生冬季运动会的筹备情况及对哈尔滨市生态环境的负面影响进行了分析,阐述了大型运动会对举办地生态环境可能造成的破坏,在对哈尔滨大冬会生态环保举措进行归纳总结和科学分析的基础之上,提出了加强大冬会场馆的生态环境建设、科学规划体育场馆设施、用"绿色"理念指导体育场馆的施工建设、在交通与废物管理领域努力推进节能和减排工程以及充分考虑大冬会后体育场馆的开发与利用等项措施能够有效降低大冬会对哈尔滨生态环境的破坏,为哈尔滨世界大冬会的生态环境保护工作提供经验借鉴和理论参考。
With the methods of information analysis and investigation, the article studies the preparation of the 24th world university winter games and its negative influence on the ecological environment in Harbin city. It discusses the latent destruction from a large - scale games on the ecological environment of host place. Basing on a scientific analysis of the government countermeasure protecting the ecological environment, it give some suggestions to enhance the ecological effect of game venues with reasonable programming and green idea by developing the engineering of energy - saving and rubbish - controlling in the fields of traffic and garbage management and taking advantage of these venues after the games, which will effectively lessen the negative influence, as a reference of theory and experience for better work of environment protection in Harbin 2009 world university winter games.
