摘要 采用自由基聚合法合成了硅氧烷改性自交联丙烯酸阴极电泳涂料树脂.研究了影响改性树脂分散液贮存稳定性、粒径大小及其分布、交联度等性能的主要因素.结果表明,采用一次投料法,聚合温度为85℃时,所得分散液粒径小且分布窄,贮存稳定性好.功能单体的引入提高了涂膜交联度,有机硅氧烷与丙烯酸酯类单体发生了共聚反应,改善了涂膜的耐水性和耐化学品性. Self-crosslinkable acrylic cathodic electrodeposition paint resins modified by organosilicon have been prepared using free polymerization method. In this paper, many effects on the dispersion storage stability, the particle size and distribution of dispersion and the crosslinking degree of the resins are discussed. The experimental results show that using the batch processes, when the polymerization temperature was at 85 ℃, the acrylic resins aqueous dispersion modified by organosilicon is stable and the particle size of the dispersion is minimal. The crosslinking degree of the resins could be improved greatly with incorporation of functional monomers. The organosilicon is copolymerized with acrylic monomers and greatly improved water and chemicals resistance of the films compared with the film based on the pure acrylate coatings.
