摘要
设计企业传承的作业模式突显技术创新能力不足,通过对传统管理方法的重新审视,提出按照"理念创新、一体运作、整合智本、科学发展"的要求,进行技术开发与工程设计一体化创新管理,对内外的科研、生产要素进行重新组合和优化配置,明显提升设计企业的技术创新能力,以技术创新引领电网建设的创新和发展。
The traditional work mode of design enterprises apparently lacks technological innovation capability. Through reviewing traditional management approaches, Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute put forward the requirement of ＂concept innovation, incorporated operation, intelligence integration and scientific development,＂ carried out innovative management incorporating technological development ＆ engineering design, recombined and reallocated internal and external scientific research and production elements, thus remarkably enhanced the technological innovation capability and led the innovation and development of power grid construction with technological innovation.
