摘要
为深入研究快速热冷注塑成型工艺,消除模具温度给注塑制品表面质量带来的不良影响,开发了一种对模具型腔温度进行快速热冷循环控制的系统,使模具型腔表面温度能够根据注塑过程中各阶段的需求快速转换。实验证明该系统能大大提高注塑产品的表面光洁度,消除熔接痕、流痕等不良缺陷,并在一定程度上提高了注塑生产效率。
In order to study the technology of rapid heating and cooling injection moulding and remove the effect of temperature in moulds to the surface quality of injection products, it develops a rapid heating- cooling cycle system. The system can control temperature of mould cavity, the surface temperature of mould can fast change according to the demand of different stage in injection moulding process. Experiment shows that the system can improve the surface smoothness and the productivity, remove such defects as weld line and flow mark.
