介绍了文化地理学的定义以及主要研究方向,从文化地理学的角度阐述了历史文化名城的保护与更新,揭示了历史文化名城的文化景观与文化生态,通过深入研究名城文化景观与地理环境的影响与作用,保证了名城保护的整体性、逻辑性和连续性。
The paper introduces the definition and the main research direction of the cultural geography, describes the protection and the reno- vation of the historical city from the cultural geography, reveals the cultural landscape and the cultural ecology of the historical city, guarantees the integrity, the logicality and the continuity through deeply studying the influence and effect of the cultural landscape of the historical city and the geographical environment.
