摘要
通过对建设工程招投标文件法律性质的分析,为招投标文件明确了法律地位,并通过合同法的解释对工程建设实施过程中分包和履约中出现的问题进行了论述,从而明确了处理此类问题的法律依据。
Through the analysis of the legal property of project bidding docanaents, it clarifies the legal Imsition of bidding documents, illustrates the problems in the subcontract and the realization of contract through the explanation of contract law, which clarifies the legal basis of these problems.
