摘要
乙型病毒性肝炎（简称乙肝）系由乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis virus B，HBV）所引起的一种肝脏疾病，主要经输血、注射和母婴传播。本病常导致慢性感染，最终可形成肝硬化和肝癌，是严重危害人类健康的重要传染源。
