摘要
通过对铸造锡基巴氏合金ZSnSb12Cu6Cd1(GB/T1174-92)浇铸工艺的研究,总结出一套能够保证该合金贴合质量的浇铸工艺,为滑动轴承的产品设计技术要求提供了依据,使得这类轴承在各种大功率机组上能够得到更好的应用。
The better joint quality casting techniques can be gained by studying on the founding alloy -- ZSnSbl2Cu6Cdl (GB/T1174-92), the basis of the sliding bearing design will be afforded, and this type of bearing will be used abroad in the high-power set.
