摘要
飞机族是一组共享通用部件或子系统的、但性能或使用要求不同的相关飞机产品的集合。基于模块化和通用性的概念来开发飞机族是一种先进的理念。本文针对飞机族气动外形设计问题,提出一种二级优化方法。以支线客机族的机翼气动外形优化问题为例,阐述了该方法的流程和特点。该方法将飞机族气动外形优化问题分解为两个层次:通用模块优化层次和专用模块优化层次。其特点是每个层次优化问题的设计变量和约束较少,并且专用模块优化层次之间具有独立性,可实现并行优化设计。优化结果表明这种方法能成功地解决支线客机族的机翼气动外形的优化设计问题,能同时优化飞机族中各型号的气动性能。
The aircraft family is a set of aircraft for sharing the common sub-systems or common components while meeting different performances or operational requirements. The use of modularity and commonality is an advanced methodology for designing the aircraft family. An optimization method with two levels is proposed for the aerodynamic design of the aircraft family. The detail procedure and features of the optimization method are presented by using design of a regional aircraft family as an example. The optimization procedure is divided into two levels: optimization for common components and optimization for individual components. The optimization method has advantages of reducing number of design variables and constraints, and facilitating the parallel design due to possessing independence between the optimization of individual components. Results indicate that the method can solve the aerodynamic optimization problem of the wing design of regional aircraft family and simultaneously optimize the aerodynamic performances for each type or model in the aircraft family.
