摘要
目的探讨地震伤员病历质量管理的方法。方法(1)首先网上快速检查每份病历书写的质量情况;(2)针对病历书写存在的问题进行分析;(3)针对存在的问题进行病历的管理。结果有效提高了地震伤员病历的内涵质量。结论地震伤员的病历管理以军字一号工程电子病历实时监控管理的方式最好,传统终末病历管理的方法价值不大。
Objective To explore the approaches for managing the medical records of the patients who suffered in the Earthquake： Methods （1） Check the quality ：of each medical record on line firstly. （2） Analyze the problems in the documentation of the medical records. （3） Take measures to aim the existing problems in the management of medical records. Results The quality of the medical records of the patients who suffered in the Earthquake was effectively improved. Conclusion Earthquake - stricken patient＇ s medical records managemen＇t on the real - time monitoring of electronic medical records management is the best way, the traditional end of medical records management approach is of little value.
