摘要
目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光内切开术治疗输尿管狭窄的临床疗效。方法:采用经输尿管镜钬激光内切开术治疗输尿管狭窄患者31例,术中留置F8双J管,术后2～3个月拔取双J管。结果:术后共随访28例,时间3～28个月。23例治愈,治愈率为82.1(23/28)。结论:输尿管镜钬激光内切开术治疗输尿管狭窄是一种疗效确切、安全微创的手术方法。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Holmium：YAO laser endoureterotomy for treatment of ureteral strictures. Methods：Inside incision with ureteroscopic Holmium .. YAG laser and setting F8 double J tube were performed on 31 ureteral stricture patients, and the double J tubes were pulled out after two or three months postoperatively. Results..28 patients out of 31 had been followed-up from 3 monthes to 28 monthes after operation,among them 23 cases with satisfactory results, and the cure rate is 82. 1%. Conclusions.. Holmium.. YAG laser endouretertomy is an effective, safe and minimally invasive method for ureteral stricture.
