摘要
目的改进医疗器械除锈工作模式,减少物耗,降低医用除锈剂使用成本,确保器械清洗质量。方法针对引起医用除锈剂成本增高的关键因素,合理调整工作模式,设定目标,确定问题,测量数据,制定控制措施并确保有效落实。结果医用除锈剂成本大幅度下降,锈蚀器械清洗质量明显提高,器械损耗数量明显减少,与改进前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论消毒供应室改进不合理工作模式,能确保锈蚀器械清洗质量,有效控制器械清洗维护成本。
Objective To save the cost for rust remover, reduce material consuming and ensure the cleaning quality of instruments by changing work model. Methods According to the key factors for increasing cost of medical rust remover, rational adjustment of the work model, set up target by realization of problems, confirmation of measured data of problems, analysis of problems and figuring out key measures were main strategy for correction of mistakes ; and making controlling measures to ensure effective implementation. Enforcing organization management, and collection and grouping removal of rust by time, by ration and by certain number of staffs were important in maintaining medical appliances in hospital. Results The cost for rust remover had been greatly saved, and the cleaning quality had been distinctly improved, and the number of scraped medical instruments had been reduced. Compared with the period before improvement, it had statistical significance in differences ( P 〈 0.01 )by SPSS 11.0 for analysis of these data. Conclusion The cleaning quality of rusted medical instruments can be ensured by changing the improper work model applied by sterilization and supply center, the cleaning and maintenance cost for medical instruments can be effectively controlled.
