摘要
用无皂乳液聚合制备了 P(AM-co-St)-Fe(Ⅳ)磁性高分子纳米微球,在此基础上通过共价键合固定脂肪酶。结果表明:1)固定脂肪酶后的磁性纳米微球具有优异的磁分离能力;2)三价铁离子对固定化酶有明显的激活作用,当三价铁离子质量分数为1.5%时,偶联率和活力回收率分别提高88%和72%;3)脂肪酶被固定化后的 pH 稳定性、操作稳定性均比自由酶明显提高。
Based on the preparation of P ( AM - co - St) - Fe (Ⅲi) magnetic nanoparticles by emulsifier free emulsion, lipase was immobilized on this nanoparticles with covalent linkage. It was found that immobilized lipase magnetic nanoparticles possessed excellent ability of magnetic separation. Fe (Ⅲ) could activate immobilized lipase,when the weight ratio of Fe( m ) is 1.5%,the coupled yield and activity of immobilized lipase was increased by 88% and 72% ,respectively. As compared with free lipase,the pH and operation stabilities of immobilized lipase were increased appreciably.
