摘要
应用结构动力学分析方法,考虑简支和固支两种情况,对海上钻井表层固井环板装置的动力响应进行了分析。固井作业中,注入水泥浆和顶替水泥浆过程环板轴向载荷差别较大,设计时应予以区别;在简支和固支情况下,固井碰压都会增大环板轴向载荷,因此在环板设计中应考虑碰压的影响;简支情况下环板弯曲应力与固支情况下环板弯曲应力相差不大,但后者小于前者,现场作业时可充分利用这一点,以保证固井作业的安全。
The dynamic response of surface cementing head during offshore drilling is analyzed by the structural dynamics method for the cases with simple support and fixed support. It should be considered in the design that axial loads on cementing head induced by injecting and displacing cement operations vary greatly. For the cases with simple support and fixed support, the bumping will increase the axial load of cementing head, therefore the bumping should be considered in the design of cementing head. The bending stress of cementing head with the simple support is different slightly from that with the fixed support, but the later is less than the former, this point can be utilized fully during field operation for the safety of cementing operation.
