成人髋关节发育不良髋臼侧重建的外科治疗进展 被引量：6

摘要 成人髋关节发育不良（developmental dysplasia of the hip，DDH）是成人髋关节继发性骨关节炎的重要致病因素。不同分级的DDH其重建存在不同选择，此外，DDH继发骨关节炎的病程进展也是影响治疗手段选择的因素之一。鉴于髋臼侧重建是DDH患者治疗的重中之重，本综述就DDH的分级、分期与髋臼侧重建的手术方式选择进行综述，为临床应用提供参考。
