摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定氯氟液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠含量。方法色谱柱为Inertsil C8-3,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(72∶3∶25),流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为40℃,检测波长为240nm。结果氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠检测质量浓度分别为62.1~745.2mg·L-1(r=0.9999)和6.22~74.64mg·L-1(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率分别为101.02%(RSD为2.0%)和100.05%(RSD为1.6%)。结论方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于该制剂的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the stimutaneous determination of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in lufuye. Methods The determination was performed on an Inertsil C8-3 column under 40 ℃ ; the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water (72 : 3 : 25) with a flow rate at 1.0 mL · min^-1. Detecting wavelength was set at 240 nm. Results The linear ranges for chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were 62.1-745.2 ( r = 0. 999 9 ) and 6. 22-74.64 mg · L ^-1 (r= 0. 999 9), respectively.
