摘要
Nb-5-Br-PADAP-酒石酸体系光度法测铌已有报道,本文应用树脂相分光光度法对铁矿中微量铌的测定进行了研究。实验表明,Nb-5-Br-PADAP-酒石酸三元混合配合物,在pH=1.0时,吸附于树脂上呈蓝紫色,最大吸收波长为620nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.9×10<sup>5</sup>L·mol<sup>-1</sup>·cm<sup>-1</sup>,Nb<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>含量在0-30μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。此法的灵敏度和选择性均高于常规比色法,我们用饱和酒石酸浸取矿样熔块。
A ternary blue-violet complex of Nb with 5-Br-PADAP and tartaric acid (pH1.0) was adsorbed and determined on resin. The maximum absorption wavelength is at 620nm. The molar absorptivity is 2.9×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) and Beer's law is obeyed for 0—30μg/25ml of Nb_2O_5. This method is more sensitive and selective than the usual spectrophotometry. Especially, Nb can be determined directly without separating and masking.
