摘要
本文分别采用了全效改性剂KNT-16、改质剂CB-03、改性剂G02FX03、南京曙光NDZ132和硬脂酸1801等作为表面处理剂对CaCO_3表面进行活化处理,通过白度、降粘值、吸油值等指标比较了各种改性剂的改性效果,并将其应用于PVC硬塑制品比较制品的性能优劣。
This article respectively adopts modifier KNT-16, modifier CB-03, modifier G02FX03, Nanjing Shuguang NDZ132 and stearic acid 1801 and so on as surface treating agent for activating treatment to CaCO3, and compares the modification effect of each modifier through indexes of white content, viscosity reduction value and oil absorption number and so on, and then applies it to PVC hard plastics to compare the performance of plastics.
