摘要
经济社会的快速发展对沿海地区防灾减灾有了更高的要求。国家也更加重视沿海地区的海堤工程防灾减灾基础设施建设,从技术和资金上给予支持。但由于全行业没有统一的海堤工程设计规范,各省的技术规定和要求与国家现行的相关标准不协调,使工程建设和管理存在一定的难度。在收集调研和认真分析沿海已有相关规定的基础上,提出了我国海堤工程防潮标准的统一的规范,供海堤工程设计、建设与管理相关人员使用。
With the rapid development of the economy and society of our country, higher demand on the disaster prevention and reduction has occurred in the coastal area. The infrastructure of disaster prevention and reduction is emphasized much more in the seawall engineering in the coastal area and is supported in technology and funds by the country. Unfortunately, there is no unified design code of seawall engineering and the technical regulations of each province are inconsistent with the current national standards, which leads to the difficulty in the construction and management in the seawall engineering. Based on survey and analysis of the corresponding regulations in the coastal area, the unified national code of the moisture-proofing standard of the seawall project is proposed, which is helpful to corresponding designers, constructors, managers and etc.
