摘要
香港教育局在2006年颁布的《学前教育课程指引》中明确提出幼儿园教师应为幼儿建立学习历程档案。迄今香港幼儿园推行学习历程档案已有两年,可是很多幼儿园教师只是将一堆幼儿学习的文件和资料记录下来而已,忽略了建立学习历程档案的目的,同时在建立此档案的过程中存在跟进、幼儿与家长参与等方面的不足。应裁剪课程以为教师提供更多时间用于档案的建立;应鼓励教师吸引幼儿与家长参与;应为教师提供相关的培训与交流机会,以深化和提高他们对建立学习历程档案意义的理念认识与实践能力。
Kindergartens have used children portfolios for two years in Hong Kong, but many teachers have only recorded the processes of children's learning. This article explores and discusses the background of using children portfolios and how kindergarten teachers implement them. Some evaluation and recommendations are then made. It is hoped that teachers have better understanding and reflection of using portfolios in helping children to learn.
