摘要
湖北松滋油气田是一个新发现的油气田,尽快揭示其天然气的富集规律及勘探方向尤为重要。油气微生物勘探成本低廉、简便快速、多解性小,可能适用于该油气田。通过对所取得的1 354个样品进行的天然气微生物数量及活性分析,并结合其他资料(样品湿度、岩性、颜色等),获得了松滋油气田天然气微生物异常值,并进一步绘制了天然气微生物异常分布图。通过综合分析,不仅天然气微生物勘探结果与已完钻井的含气情况相符,而且对研究区内的正钻井(S4井)也成功地进行了快速评价;最后,对研究区内4个异常区进行了分级排队:东部异常区为最有利富集区,南部异常区为有利富集区,可以将勘探方向逐步向南转移。这一实践成果充分展示了天然气微生物勘探的应用前景。
The Songzi field is a newly-discovered oil and gas field in Hubei Province of China. It is especially important to reveal the patterns of gas enrichment and direction of exploration. Microbiological exploration is characterized by low cost, being simple and convenient, and low ambiguity, thus is possibly suitable for use in this field. Values and distribution of microbial gas anomalies in the Songzi field are obtained based on analysis of the amount and activity of micro-organisms in 1354 gas samples and in combination with other data, such as moisture, lithology and color. Comprehensive analysis shows that the results of microbiological gas exploration match the drilling results of both the existing wells and the well S4 which is still in the process of drilling. Four abnormal regions in the study area are ranked: the eastern abnormal region is the most favorable for gas enrichment, and the southern abnormal region is favorable for exploration, thus the focus of gas exploration should be shifted to the south. This reveals the huge potential of application of microbiological gas exploration.
