摘要
在中频感应炉上采用喷射冶金技术对铁水进行炉外脱磷脱硫预处理,喷入石灰基脱磷脱硫粉剂,可使铁水中磷、硫降到0.03%以下,平均脱磷率为60%,脱硫率为40%。通过实验认为CaO40%,CaF212%,转炉除尘铁磷为48%的比例是石灰基脱磷脱硫粉剂的最佳组成。
It is very effective to apply the technique of injection metallurgy for hot metal secondary dephosphorization and desulfurezation.It is able to give a relatively high dephosphorization and desulfurization ratio.The compositions and corresponding quantities of optimum mixture used for the dephosphorization and desulfurization were determined The influencing factors for dephosphorization and desulfurization were analyzed
