摘要
通过对热浸镀Zn—Al合金助镀剂的试验研究,找到了一种在常温下实现助镀的最佳配方,实现了在室温下助镀的工艺,简化了热浸镀Zn—Al合金的工艺流程。试验表明,助镀剂有加速热浸剂与钢制品表面冶金结合的作用,在相同热浸镀层的条件下,热浸镀的时间可缩短的1/3,明显提高生产效率,节约能源,降低成本。
Through the study on the plating flux of hot dip Zn-Al alloy , to find out the a kind of the best method of galvanizing under normal temperature, realize the process the flux-plating under the ambient temper. simplify the technological process. The experiment shows that the plating flux acts on accelerating the combination of the soaking agent and the surface metal of steel product. Under the same hot dip layer condition, the time of hot dip reduces 1/3. The productivity has been improved. At the same time the energy is saved and the cost is reduced.
