摘要
对提取Ta、Nb后的含Ti萃取残液回收Ti的工艺进行了研究.结果表明:以含Ti萃取残液为原料,用NaCl除硅、加KCl(NaCl)可制得粗K2TiF6(Na2TiF6);粗K2TiF6经重结而净化、烘干得产品K2TiF6(Na2TiF6);粗K2TiF6经水溶、氨沉、调洗、烘干得Ti冶金原料Ti酸富集物;Ti酸富集物经煅烧而得冶金或电焊条用TiO2产品,从萃取残液至产品K2TiF6Ti的直收率(以TiO2计)为89%;从萃取残液至产品TiO2,Ti的直收率(以TiO2计)为76%.
Study is made on Ti recovery from Ti-bearing raffinate. The results show through NaCl desilication and addition of KCl (NaCl), the rough K2TiF6 (Na2TiF6). can be obtained from Ti-bearing raff mate. Then after recrystallization, purification, drying,KaTiF6 (Na2TiF6) product can be obtained. After water dissolution, ammonia precipitation,washing and drying, the enriched titanic acid product is calcined to obtain TiO2 for metallurgy or welding electrode. The recovery of Ti(as TiO2) from raff mate to K2TiF6 reached 89%, and 76% from raff mate to TiO2.
