摘要
通过对微屈服强度、微蠕变抗力、热膨胀系数、导热系数等的测量,研究了不同方法处理的SiCw/Al复合材料的尺寸稳定性。结果表明:SiCw/Al复合材料尺寸稳定性优异,其尺寸稳定化处理以T5处理为好,而冷热循环处理降低其尺寸稳定性。通过位错密度、X射线应力分析等对所得结果进行了讨论.
Testing the microyield strength,microcreep resistance,coefficient of thermal expansion,coefficient ofthermal conductivity of SiCw/AI composite, the dimensional stability of this material with various treatments wasstudied. The results showed that SiCw /AI composite has well demensional stability,Ts treatment is an effective stabilizing method for ibis material,but heating-cooling cycling treatment is not suitable for it. These results are also discussed through dislocation density and X-ray internal stress analysis.
