摘要
针对6Cr13不锈钢刀片光亮淬火的要求，分析了工业氮气加乙醇所形成的气氛的性质，设计了专用的管式加热炉。结果表明，只要适当调整氮气与乙醇的比例，产生的气氛完全能满足工艺要求，并且具有操作方便，成本低廉，不污染环境的优点。
The atmosphere formed by the industrial nitrogen plus alcohol was analysed according to the demandsof the bright quenching of the 6Cr13 stainless steel. The special tube-furnace was designed. The results indicated thatthis atmosphere is suitable to the process requirements provided that the nitrogen-alcohol ratio is adjusted properly.This process possesses some advantages such as convenient for operation, lower cost and no polllution to the environment.
