摘要
用酸碱质子理论解释钼酸铵结晶过程。在讨论钼酸铵成核机理的基础上,研究了不同酸化速度下四钼酸铵(AQM)结晶的成核速率。结果表明,AQM结晶溶液过饱和具有持续升高的特征。与晶体生长相比,成核速率的过程阶数更大。大量晶核的生成是过饱和消除的主要因素。pH<2.5以后,降低加酸速度是控制成核速率、制取粒度粗、分布窄的AQM晶体的关键。
The crystallization of ammonium molybdate is explained with the theory of acid alkali proton.On the basis of discussion for nucleation mechanism of ammonium molybdate,the crystallized nucleation rate of AQM at different speed.Results indicated that supersaturated solution is stall rising.As compared with crystal growth,steps of nucleation rate is increased.Amount crystal growth is main reason to removing supersaturation.Reducing acid speed is key to controlling nucleation rate,preparation AQM crystal with thick size and narrow distribution at pH<2.5.
