摘要
建立了齿轮传动优化设计的数学模型,这是一个含连续及整型变量的优化问题,采用遗传算法求解获得了良好的效果。讨论了遗传算法实施过程中几个关键问题,并研究了齿数、模数、螺旋角、齿宽系数对目标函数的影响程度。
The mathematical model of gear transmission optimization is established,which is an optimization problem with continuous and discrete arguments ,the digit results show that the solution based on genetic algorithm is effective. In addition,some key issues in using genetic algorithm are discussed,and the influence of tooth number,helical angle and etc to objective function are discussed as well.
