摘要
为降低精炼比,利用转炉出钢过程中钢渣混冲的良好动力学条件,通过伴随钢流添加脱硫剂,达到降低钢中硫含量的目的。经多次工艺试验,优化的脱硫剂成分为:CaO≥40%、SiO2≤5%、Al2O3 20%~35%,粒度5~20 mm,加入量3 kg/t,脱硫率达22.4%。使用脱硫剂,钢水无需精炼,保持了转炉高效生产,吨钢可降低生产成本14元。
In order to reduce refining ratio and utilize the gced-dynamic conditions of converter steel slag mixing in tapping process, desulfuriser was added to molten steel accompanying the steel flow to reduce the sulfur content in steel. By several technology experiments, optimized desulfurizer components were as follow: CaO≥40%、SiO2≤5% and Al2O3 20%-35%. The granularity was from 5 to 20mm and the addition amount was 3kg/t. Then the desulfurization ratio reached 22.4%. The molten steel after using desulfurizer did not need refine, maintain high efficient production of the converter and then reduce production cest14 Yuan per ton.
