摘要
采用示踪法研究了涡轮喷射混合器内错流射流混合特征。探讨了射流的流动状态如射流的附壁效应、穿透率、动量比及雷诺数等对混合的影响,并对混合时间进行了分析。研究结果表明,涡轮喷射混合器是能够满足混合均匀度要求高、介质体积比高和喷嘴能有效防堵的快速混合装置。
The mixing performance of cross flow was studied in turbine ejecting mixer with tracing technique.The flow parameters such as the adhesion-wall effect of jet, penetration proportionlity of jet, momentum ratio,Reynold's number and incorporation time, which affect the mixing quality were analysed, The results showed that turbine ejecting mixer was a rapid mixing apparatus with good mixing process of little mixing space, good mixing uniformity and high volume ratio of medium and anticratering spray nozzle.
