摘要
目的观察音乐疗法结合应用止吐药物对减轻乳腺癌患者术后化疗引起的焦虑情绪和消化道反应的效果。方法选择2007年1月1日至2008年3月1日入院的乳腺癌手术后化疗患者共100例,随机分为两组,每组50例。两组患者均于用药当天静脉滴注注射用盐酸托烷司琼5 mg,研究组同时实施音乐干预。比较两组患者化疗前后的焦虑评分及化疗后的胃肠道反应程度。结果化疗前,两组患者的Hamilton焦虑评分无统计学差异;化疗后,接受音乐干预的研究组患者Hamilton焦虑评分比对照组显著降低(P<0.01),后者有明显焦虑。化疗结束后,两组患者均有不同程度的胃肠道反应,但研究组患者发生恶心、呕吐的程度均比对照组明显减轻。结论音乐疗法配合止吐药物能较好地缓解乳腺癌术后化疗患者的焦虑和消化道反应程度,对乳腺癌患者化疗后心理和生理状况的改善提供一种较为有效的综合治疗的方法。
Objectives To observe the effects of administration of antiemetic drugs supplemented by music therapy on relieving chemotherapy-induced anxiety and gastrointestinal reaction of patients with breast cancer operation. Methods One hundred patients, who were admitted from January 1, 2007 to March 1,2008 and underwent chemotherapy after breast cancer operation were divided evenly into two groups. Patients in two groups were all intravenously administered Tropisetron 5mg,a kind of antiemetic drug,on the day of chemotherapy. The patients in experimental group also received music therapy. The scores of anxiety and degree of gastrointestinal reaction of patients before and after chemotherapy were compared between two groups. Results There were no statistic difference in the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale between two groups before chemotherapy, while the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale in experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group（ P 〈0. 01） after chemotherapy. Gastrointestinal reactions occurred in patients of two groups to various degree, but degree of nausea and vomiting in patients of experimental group were obviously slighter than in control group. Conclusion Antiemetic drugs supplemented by music therapy can well relieve anxiety and gastrointestinal reaction of patients with chemotherapy after breast cancer operation,and is a quite effective integrated approach to improving their physical and psychological status.
