摘要 目的探讨临床路径在脊柱结核患者用药依从性教育中的应用。方法对照组患者入院后按常规进行健康教育;实验组床位护士按照临床路径进行有计划、有规律、有次序的健康教育。分别于出院3个月后应用Morisky-Green(MG)测评表评价两组患者的用药依从性。结果实验组用药依从性好者为91.7%,与对照组的53.3%相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论临床路径的实施可增加患者心理应激的承受能力,提高脊柱结核患者用药依从性;从而达到提高脊柱结核控制率和降低其危害性的目的。 Objective To explore the effect of applying clinical pathway of health education on medication compliance to patients with spinal tuberculosis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were evenly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group. Routine health education was provided to patients after admission in the control group and health education based on the clincial pathway was given in the experimental group. Medication compliance of patients in two groups was assessed by Morisky Green Scale 3 months after discharge. Results Medication compliance in experimental group was 91. 7%, significantly higher than 53. 3% in control group( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Application of clinical pathway enhances the patient's capability of psychological stress endurance, promotes medication compliance of patients with spinal tuberculosis, with the goal of improving controlling rate of spinal tuberculosis and reducing its hazards.
