摘要 实施电子商务是现代服务型企业获取竞争优势的重要途径。本文采用服务型企业电子商务就绪评价指标体系,从战略启动、IT相关的信息系统资源、人力资源和伙伴就绪四个方面对湖北省武汉市现代服务型企业电子商务就绪(E-readiness)情况进行评估。依据102个企业实际测评值,采用计算主因子得分得到企业在战略和IT相关资源的就绪水平,通过聚类发现现代服务型企业电子商务发展的三个阶段,并进一步总结三个发展阶段的规律特征,为武汉市乃至全国现代服务型企业成功实施电子商务提供合理化建议。 E-business is a very important way to gain the competitive advantage for the modern service industry in the international market. Based on the e-readiness assessment indicators for service enterprises, this paper assesses and analyses the strategy, information system, human resources and partner readiness of the modern service enterprises in Wuhan (Hubei Province). Then it points out three typical stages in the process of e-business development by main factor scores and cluster analysis. It also summarizes the patterns of e-business development in modern service enterprises. And finally, several advises are given in e-business implementation to the modern service enterprises all over the country, especially to those in Wuhan.
