摘要
研究分析了双向拉伸聚苯乙烯(BOPS)片材专用树脂688B的相对分子质量及其分布、加工流变性能、光学性能、力学性能和卫生性能。结果表明,688B适宜的熔体流动速率及合理的相对分子量质量及其分布,使其具有良好的加工流动性能和力学性能;苯乙烯残留单体质量分数小于0.040%,能满足食品包装的卫生要求。
This paper analyzed the relative molecular mass and its distribution, processing flowability and optical, mechanical and hygienic properties of the polystyrene speciality resin (grade 688B) for biaxial oriented sheet. The results indicate that the proper melt flow rate (MFR) and rational relative molecular mass and its distribution of the speciality resin make itself possess outstanding processing flowability and superior mechanical proper- ties. The residual monomer content of styrene is lower than 0.040% by mass and satisfies the hygienic requirements of the resin for food package.
