专业教师下企业锻炼是适应高职教育发展的需要,是提高教师技能和保证教育质量的重要环节。高职院校专业教师下企业锻炼尚处于起步阶段,作为示范院校理应起带头示范作用。温州职业技术学院专业教师下企业锻炼的实践效果给予了很好的回答。
Model college teachers＇ vocational practice in enterprises, a demand for the development of vocational education, is an important part of improvement of teachers＇ techniques and insurance of educational quality. It is still at the paramilitary stage, so model colleges should set up a good example. For this case, the effects of teachers＇ vocational practice in enterprises of Wenzhou Vocational ＆ Technical College have shown us a satisfactory result.
