摘要
目的和方法:应用自血光量子疗法治疗兔脊髓损伤。结果:治疗组按戊巴比妥钠30mg/kg静注后清醒时间明显缩短(P<0.01);动脉血气分析PaO2、SaO2和CaO2均非常显著性升高(P<0.01)。血液流变学检测全血粘度降低,红细胞电泳速度加快,红细胞聚集指数下降。结论:这些均有利于改善脑组织微循环,促进氧供和代谢,减轻了戊巴比妥钠对中枢神经系统的抑制。
Objective and Methods: Rabbits with spinal cord injuries were treated by autohemotherapy of light quanta (ALQ) and administered pentobarbital in a dose of 30mg/kg iv. Results: Compared with the results of the control, the time from keeping the rabbits unconscious to awake was shortened significantly. PaO2, SaO2 and CaO2 were increased significantly. Blood viscosity and electrophoretic speed of erythrocytes were reduced. Conclusion: Cerebral microcirculation and metabalism can be improved by ALQ, which may be the reason for the reduction of CNS depression due to intravenous pentabarbital in the rabbit.
