摘要
目的:对从甲真菌病患者病甲分离到10株帚霉属(Scopulariopsis)真菌进行形态学研究,了解其形态学特征,并进行菌种鉴定。方法:将研究菌株分别接种于麦芽浸汁琼脂(MEA)、马铃薯琼脂(PDA)、燕麦琼脂(OA)和沙堡琼脂(SGA)培养基,28℃下培养观察菌落形态。对研究菌株的显微镜和扫描电镜下的形态特征进行观察描述。结果:10株帚霉中发现短帚霉4株,纸帚霉3株,布伦特帚霉、白帚霉、黄帚霉各1株。不同种帚霉的菌落形态在显微镜和扫描电镜下的表现存在差异。结论:通过形态学特征的观察能够对临床常见的帚霉属进行菌种的分类鉴定。
Objective: To study the morphological characteristics of Scropulariopsis spp. and identify them accurately by morphological characteristics. Methods: Totally, 10 strains of Scropulariopsis spp. isolated from the nails of patients with onychomycosis were studied. Ten strains of Scropulariopsis spp. were cultured at 28℃ on malt extraction agar, potato dextrose agar, oat meal agar as well as Sabouraud glucose agar separately, for morphological observation. The appearances of Scropulariopsis spp. were observed and described under light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results: Among 10 Scropulariopsis strains, four isolates were identified as S. brevicaulis, three were S. chartarum, one isolate was S. brumptii, one was S. candida and one was S. flava. The morphological characteristics showed diversity in different species. Conclusions: Scropularioposis spp. could be identified accurately at species level according to their typical morphological appearances. It seems that the Scropulariopsis spp. isolated from patients with onychomycosis are divergent, S. brevicaulis and S. chartarum species are relatively common.
