胸腰椎骨折漏诊原因分析 被引量：2

摘要 胸腰椎骨折可因伴有其他损伤而被漏诊或误诊：而胸腰椎骨折一旦漏诊，耽误治疗，后果往往是灾难性的，可导致神经损害进一步加重。笔者回顾性分析2006年1月-2007年5月我院收治的漏诊的7例胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料，探讨胸腰椎骨折漏诊的原因。现报告如下。
