摘要
为排除体内复杂因素影响,建立体外游离毛囊培养体系,对C57BL/6J和BALB/c乳鼠触须毛囊进行培养。结果:该两种鼠的触须毛囊均能生长,均以24小时生长最佳;敏乐啶对该两种鼠的毛囊均有促生长作用;C57BL/6J鼠毛囊生长长度明显优于BALB/c鼠毛囊。倒置显微镜下C57BL/6J鼠毛囊能清晰观察其毛乳头、毛母质、毛根鞘而BALB/c鼠毛囊观察不清晰。分析认为,在利用该培养体系时,C57BL/6J鼠系明显优于BALB/c鼠系。
To exempt the effects of the complex circumstances in vivo. It is necessary to culture hair follicle in vitro. We cultured the new-born C57BL/6J and BALB/c mouse vibrissae follicles. Result: The two types of follilles can grow in vitro. The follicles have a significant increase in length in 24h in culture. Minoxidil stimulates mouse vibrissae follicles in organ culture. When we cultured for 24h, The growing length of C57BL/6J mouse follicles' is longer than the BALB/c mouse follicles' whether adding minoxidil or not, we can observe C57BL/6J mouse follicles' dermal papilla. follicle matrix and root sheath by microscope clearly, But BALB/c mouse follicles' observation isn't clear. The study show: Mouse vibrissae follicles can grow in vitro, and the follicles have significant growth in 24h in culture. C57BL/6J mouse vibrissae follicles are superior to BALB/c's if we use the mode of organ follicle culturing in vitro.
