摘要
废旧电子塑料在热解脱卤过程中,含卤阻燃剂会分解产生腐蚀性气体HBr和HCl,对反应器产生腐蚀。对奥氏体不锈钢304L、20碳钢及纯铝进行腐蚀实验,并对试件进行金相分析。结果表明,不锈钢304L的抗HBr和HCl气体的腐蚀性能最好,在本实验条件下,不锈钢304L最适用于作废旧电子塑料热解反应器。
Halogen-contained flame retardant would produce corrosive gases HBr and HCl during the pyrolysis of waste electrical and electronic plastics (WEEP). The austenitic stainless steel 304L, 20 carbon steel and aluminum were tested and then analyzed by metallographic microscope. The results show that stainless steel 304L is the best one in corrosion-resistance to HBr and HCl. Therefore, stainless steel 304L is the best material used as WEEP pyrolysis reactor.
