摘要 采用超音速微粒轰击(SFPB)技术对0Cr18Ni9钢进行表面纳米化;利用金相显微镜(OM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)研究表层的组织结构变化,并进行了显微硬度测试分析。结果表明,经SFPB处理后,形成了约30μm厚的纳米层,样品表层发生应变诱导马氏体相变;孪晶形变是0Cr18Ni9钢表面纳米化过程的主要变形方式;表面纳米化是晶粒细化与马氏体相变共同作用的结果,与基体相比,SFPB处理后材料的表层硬度显著提高。 .A nano-structure surface layer was fabricated on the 0Cr18Ni9 steel by means of supersonic fine particles bombarding (SFPB). The microstructural evolution of the 0Cr18Ni9 steel was characterized using metallographical microscope, XRD, SEM and TEM, and the variation of microhardness was examined. The results show that the transformation of γ→α on nano-crystalline surface layer occurs after SFPB and the layer has a depth of 30μm, the strain inducting martensite phase deformation occurs on the surface of the steel. The predominate deformation manner of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel during SFPB is twin deformation; and the surface nano-crystallization can be attributed to the refinement of initial coarse gains and the deformation of martensite phase. The microhardness of nano-structure surface is enhanced significantly after SFPB compared with the matrix.
