摘要
压铸生产过程中,压铸模型腔直接与高温、高压、高速的金属液相接触,工作环境非常恶劣。热处理可以改变材料的金相组织,保证模具零件必要的强度和刚度、高温下的尺寸稳定性、抗热疲劳性能和材料的切削性能等,对压铸模的使用寿命起着非常重要的作用。3Cr2W8V压铸模经二次预热后再经1070℃淬火+(650~700)℃×2h回火2~3次处理后,即可满足其使用要求。
During the work of die-casting mould, the working condition is very bad because its cavity is directly contact with high temperature, high pressure and high speed metal fluid phase. Heat treatment can change metallurgical structure of the material, and assure that the mould parts have necessary strength, stiffness, dimensional stability under high temperature, resisting heat fatigue performance, material machinability and so on, which has the important action on operational life of die-casting mould. When the die-casting mould of 3Cr2W8V is quenched at 1070 ℃ and tempered at (650-700) ℃ for 2h, it can satisfy the requirement of user.
