摘要
研究了钴系复合镀层的高温摩擦磨损性能和热疲劳性能。结果表明,复合粒子CaF2的加入有利于提高镀层和对摩擦副的高温耐磨性能;Ca-CaF2梯度功能镀层(FGC)具有优良的高温耐磨和耐热疲劳性能。
High temperature frictional wearability and thermal fatigue strength of Co system compo-site coating are investigated. Results show addition of composite particles CaF2 helps to improve hightemperature wearresistance of deposit and the wear's mating part. Co-CaF2 FGC has superior re-sistance of high temperature wearing and thermal fatigue.
