摘要
目的:探讨构建稳定的大鼠慢性高眼压模型的方法。方法:健康成年Wistar大鼠45只,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3组,Ⅰ组采用倍频532nm激光在裂隙灯下光凝阻断大鼠右眼1条巩膜上静脉,Ⅱ组阻断右眼2条巩膜上静脉,Ⅲ组阻断右眼3条巩膜上静脉,左眼为对照眼。用Tono-Pen眼压计分别于术后即刻、1h、1d、1周、4周测量眼压,并记录大鼠一般情况。结果:Ⅰ组大鼠术后各时间点右眼眼压与左眼比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组术后各时间点大鼠右眼眼压较左眼明显升高(P<0.05);术后1周内Ⅲ组大鼠右眼眼压高于Ⅱ组大鼠(P<0.05),1周后Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组大鼠右眼眼压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组大鼠均未出现角膜、巩膜病变;角膜直径未见明显增大,瞳孔大小未见变化,前房深浅正常。结论:倍频532nm激光阻断2条巩膜上静脉可成功构建长期稳定的大鼠慢性高眼压模型。
Aim: To establish stable chronic ocular hypertension animal model. Methods:A total of 45 healthy adult Wistar rats were allocated randomly into three groups( Group Ⅰ , Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ ) , 15 in each group. Rats in Group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were to obstruct 1,2 and 3 episcleral veins of right eyes, respectively and left eyes were the control, lntraocular pressure(IOP) was measured at 0 min, 1 h, 1 d, 1 week,4 week, after the operation. ResultS:There was no significant difference in the IOP between the right eyes and the left eyes of Group Ⅰ( P 〉 0.05 ) at different time points, while the IOP of the right eyes of group Ⅱ and Ⅲwere higher than that of the left eyes( P 〈0.05 ). Within one week, the difference in the right eyes' lOP between Group II and Group m was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) , but there was no significant difference between them after a week. Conclusion: Occlusion of two episcleral veins of rats by frequency double YAG(532 nm) laser is a reproducible method to establish stable chronic ocular hypertension animal model.
